ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Would you like to help grow Dayboro State School and assist the school in providing the best resources and experiences possible for your children?

Then come along virtually to the P&C AGM: March 14th 6.30pm

All positions become vacant and will be re-elected for 2022. The positions are as follows:

President: Effective communicator with a business mind who can chair meetings, likes public engagements and is good at stakeholder liaison and coordinating lots of priorities.

Vice President: Can do attitude and someone who will step into the role of President as needed. Will work with stakeholders to gain grants and sponsorship and support the broader P&C committee.

Secretary & Facebook: Effective communicator who can take notes at meetings and distribute them in a timely manner, maintains communication on Facebook and assists with other P&C communications

Treasurer: Works with Xero Accounting System and enjoys paying bills and accounts on time, keeping accurate reports and providing financial insights for the P&C.

Uniform Shop Co-Ordinator: Managing the overall operation of the Uniform Shop and reporting back to the P&C Executive.

Technology Support: Providing technical assistance for all things computers, technology and systems, including troubleshooting and advice

Project and Activities Team: Ideal to have 4 great communicators to co-ordinate all events and fundraisers. To look at other opportunities to support the P&C fundraising. Gain support through a regular volunteer roster.

Remember: A School P&C is as successful as the team behind it.

FINANCIAL AUDITOR FOR 2022

The P&C is audited annually, and an Auditor will be selected at the Annual General Meeting on 14 March 2022. The P&C is seeking expressions of interest and/or quotes from interested parties to provide this service. For more information, please email P&C Treasurer: treasurer@dayboropandc.org.au

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

There are several opportunities to volunteer for upcoming activities! This year events and activities will only be locked in once enough volunteers are confirmed. If volunteer positions aren’t filled, the event will not proceed. We all know how much our children love the Stalls and other activities but only you can make it a possibility!
