Library and Maker Space News
Maker space
Students have been pursuing many creative avenues over the last few weeks. Box craft has been very popular with our younger students with all manner of inventions and creations – including an oversized cardboard dog!
With the cooler weather we have seen increased use of the wool and yarn to create woven pieces and pom-poms.
Older students have been developing their film making skills with a number of groups of students making stop-motion animations using playdough and other groups of students making use of our green screen to add special effects to their movies. The students have created their own scripts for their creations, with some very funny results. Well done, everyone!
