P&C MEETING UPDATE
In last night’s general meeting, the P&C Committee discussed several school and P&C operational matters. We;
- Discussed the Strategic Plan, Operational Plan 2021 and the Investment and Fundraising Summary 2021 and scheduled to vote on them in July
- Discussed the low number of tuckshop volunteers and next steps for Tuckshop operations including actions should no volunteers be available
- Called for volunteers to assist “on the day” with Colour Run which is planned for Friday 8th
TUCKSHOP – WHERE ARE ALL THE VOLUNTEERS?
In the last Newsletter I put a call-out for volunteers to assist with the tuckshop roster. Sadly, we had no response. This has left the tuckshop with several days over the month with either no or too few volunteers.
What’s needed?
- 1 – 3 additional volunteers on every Friday (the fourth Friday of the month has no one!)
- 1 - 2 additional volunteers on every Wednesday
Without this much needed help, the sad reality is that the tuckshop will need to close on those days. Where rostered volunteers are genuinely unable to assist on their rostered day, a call-out will be made on Facebook as soon as possible. We would appreciate your help to avoid closing our much-loved tuckshop.
