PINE RIVERS DISTRICT - SWIMMING TRIALS
The ‘Pine Rivers District - Primary School Swimming Trials’ take place on Wednesday February 17th, at the Lawnton Pool. We are pleased to say that fourteen Dayboro State School children will be attending on this day. Selection is based on meeting certain qualifying times (set by district management), and these times were obtained from the Senior Swimming Carnival held late last year.
Congratulations to: Regan W, Tilly W, Sienna L, Max S, Kade J, Xavier Z, Brodie W, Ella H, Bronte W, Eden W, Chloe P, Lachlan M, Jedda L and Carla B. Thank you to all parents who have made themselves available to help the children attend these swimming trials – this is very much appreciated. Thank you also for being so flexible with working around the ‘No Spectators’ policy.
Please wear your Dayboro SS navy/gold sports uniform shirt to the pool for easy identification and team impact! Also, remember to pack a good lunch and plenty of fluids for your children, along with all necessary swimming gear (including a swimming cap – important!) There will be a canteen available. Best of luck to you all, we hope it is a great competition!
