Maker Space
It has been wonderful to see so many creative students making use of the maker space over the last few weeks.
One of the challenges this week was to make a paper plane to launch from the Library veranda. Some planes flew amazing distances, while others flew with style and grace!





Where’s Spot?
Thank you so much to all of the students who entered our “Where’s Spot?” competition. Interestingly, none of the entries that were submitted to the Library were able to identify all ten of Spot’s hiding places correctly – we certainly succeeded in being tricky!
The following students were very close with nine correct responses and they were presented with a prize duing assembly last Monday.

2020 Premier’s Reading Challenge – Final Week
The 2020 Premier’s Reading Challenge reading period ends this Friday the 28th of August.
Students are reminded to hand their completed challenge forms in to their class teacher on Friday to ensure they are eligible for a certificate later in the year.
