P&C AGM

Would you like to help grow Dayboro State School and assist the school in providing the best resources possible for your children?

Then come along to the P&C AGM on Monday,

March 9th @6.30pm.

Why not be a part of successful P&C who have a long history of being instrumental in seeing through projects that have improved our wonderful school environment and learning opportunities.  One of the most recent, for example was following through a commitment to seeing the installation of air-conditioning in our wonderful Library which is now is a cool environment for your children to relax and learn.

All positions will be open. The positions are as follows:

President: Effective Communicator. Is able to chair meetings, likes public engagements and good at collating all the information from all stakeholders.  

Vice President: Effective communicator and will step into the role of President as needed. Will work with stakeholders to gain grants.

Secretary & Facebook: Effective communicator.  Able to take notes at meetings and distribute them in a timely manner. Maintains communication on Facebook.

Treasurer: Works with Xero Accounting System and enjoys paying bills and accounts on time, and keeping accurate reports for the P&C.

Uniform Shop Co-Ordinator: Managing the overall operation of the Uniform Shop and report back to the P&C Executive. 

Tuckshop Co-Ordinator: Effective Communicator. Working hand in hand with the Tuckshop Staff and the volunteers to make sure the flow of information is moving through all stakeholders and report to the P&C Executive.

School Banking Co-Ordinator: Effective Communicator. Co-ordinating the school banking volunteers and banking duties. Report to the P&C Executive.

Project and Activities Team: Ideal to have 4 great communicators to co-ordinate all events and fundraisers. To look at other opportunities to support the P&C fundraising. Gain support through a regular volunteer roster.

Remember: A School P&C is as successfull as the team behind it.

Is there one role that captured your eye and you think could be for you?  Then come along on March 9th @6.30pm and make your mark on Dayboro State School P&C. 

Don't be deterred in joining the P&C if you do not wish to hold a title on the executive.  Not everyone on a P&C needs to hold a position as all volunteers are to be celebrated!  We welcome all families to come along and support us in any way they can.  The more the merrier!
