Upcoming Events 

As we move towards the end of the year, the following are events which P&C are supporting, including the Volunteer Helpers Morning Tea on 29 November, which is to thank all volunteers to the School, our School Banking volunteers, Tuckshop, the Uniform Shop, and to P&C in general (with invites to be sent out very soon). Year 6 Graduation Disco and Meal Night on 11 December, which P&C will fund the costs of catering and Dance Fever hire, with Year 5 parents organising this evening’s graduation send-off for our Year 6 students.

Final P&C meeting for 2019 will be Monday 2 December at 6.30pm: It was wonderful to have a good attendance at last night’s P&C meeting at School – thank you all who came along! As the year is fast coming to an end, our last general P&C Meeting has now been set for 2 December. This will be a quick meeting reviewing this year’s affairs, along with setting the stage for re-starting the work of P&C early in the New Year. After this meeting, we will adjoin with Senior School Staff for a social end of year gathering and meal, with more details as we get closer to the date. At last night’s meeting, we also set the date for P&C’s AGM for next year, which will be held on Monday 9 March 2020.

Volunteering for Tuckshop and the Uniform Shop

The Tuckshop and Uniform Shop are P&C’s two main business entities which provide important services to our students and school families. More volunteers need to be found or willing to come forward to help staff and operate these school services. Please consider whether you can assist and can come forward to offer your time as volunteers as both require more volunteers to ensure these can operate effectively now and especially in 2020.
