School Walkathon Excitement

It was a glorious warm Winter’s day up on the oval last Friday for the 2019 school Walkathon. Students (and some teachers) were dressed up in an amazing range of outfits showing us all the future doctors, dentists, cowboys, soccer players, artists, chefs, teachers, beekeepers, rock stars, footy stars, carpenters and other tradies, pilots, horse trainers and retired ‘grannies’, to name a few. With great enthusiasm, students ran, walked, sauntered or hobbled around (a few on crutches!) the oval for an hour, raising funds for our wonderful P & C, to support needed school resourcing. Congratulations to all who participated, and thank you to the wonderful parents and younger siblings who joined in this fun annual event. Students can now collect their sponsorship money and bring it into the school office.
