P&C News
The Tuckerbox needs you!
Some of our wonderful regular tuckshop volunteers will be away over the coming weeks, and we’d love a few extra hands to help keep things running smoothly.
If you can spare a few hours, we’d be so grateful — it’s a fun, social way to support the school and keep our hungry little legends fed!
Please note: volunteers (excluding parents of current students) must hold a Blue Card.
To get involved, reach out to Nikita at tuckshop@dayboropandc.org.au or pop your name down on School24.
Even an hour or two makes a difference!
New Menu Items at The Tuckerbox
Our new Tuckshop convenor Nikita has been busy looking at ways to extend the menu to include additional healthy and allergy friendly choices. Be sure to have a look through the menu as we now have a dedicated Gluten Free section of the menu, additions like Fruit Salad and Watermelon to the Snack menu, and extended options available on existing items. If you’ve lost your child’s favourite frozen treats, you can now find them in the ‘Frozen Treats’ section of the menu.
Please note that while all care is taken to avoid allergen contamination, we are heavily reliant on volunteers and have limited preparation space.
Join us this Halloween for our community BBQ!
Grab a sausage sizzle, snow cone, or drink as you wander through town trick-or-treating. It’s the perfect way to fuel your spooky adventures while celebrating what makes Dayboro such a special community.
