Business Managers for 2025

This year our dynamic duo of Business Managers are Angie Conoplia and Clare Gault. Clare returned to Dayboro last year, after a hiatus on Maternity Leave and some relieving stints at other schools. Clare is working part-time (Wednesday to Friday) in the role whilst adjusting to life as a working mother of two. We welcome Angie to our team, who has replaced Dee Camm in the BM position. Angie is working Monday and Tuesdays and comes to us from various Primary and High Schools across our region.

Excursions

This year to ensure we are aligning with Departmental policies; all parents must provide consent for their child/ren to attend excursions prior to receiving an invoice. This means you will no longer receive the invoice as well as the consent information at the same time. Please ensure you provide your consent to all excursions promptly to allow our teams to invoice correctly, leaving families enough time to process payment.

All consents/permissions must be provided via Qparents. If you are not yet signed up to Qparents, we strongly encourage you to do so. If you are having any difficulties with Qparents, please contact Jill in the office for assistance.

Invoices Due:

Students have been invoiced for the following activities:

As we now must gain consent prior to invoicing students, only students who have provided consent will have received an invoice. If you are yet to receive an invoice, please contact Angie Conoplia or Clare Gault.

If you have a credit on your child’s account (including siblings), you can use the credit for the above excursion. To check the credit amount, please contact the school prior to making payment.

Payment plans are always available for parents and caregivers. To arrange a payment plan, please contact the school and request to speak to one of the Business Managers. We are always willing to assist families to ensure every student has access to every opportunity.

Payment can be made directly on Qparents. If you are not yet signed up, we encourage you to sign up today.

• BPOINT

You can use BPOINT in two different ways:

1. Clicking on the link on the invoice, which will take you directly to the BPOINT page.
2. Payment by phone using credit/debit card via BPOINT: 1300 631 073

• In Person

You can still opt to pay in person. Please note, we encourage using EFTPOS over the use of Cash, particularly in this current climate. If you are choosing to use cash, please ensure it is the correct amount as our office does not hold cash on site for change.

If students are paying by cash, please ensure they bring it directly to the office and wait for a receipt. At no time should a student give any money to classroom teachers for excursions, teachers will redirect them to the office to pay.
