The Tuckerbox
- We are still looking for volunteers at the Tuckerbox this term. If you would like to check out our new equipment and help make a few toasties, please head to School24 Volunteer Roster and register your name. No prior experience in necessary and we can help with any blue card applications for any non parent volunteers.
- Just a reminder that our longest break is first break. It is this break that the students have the most amount of time to eat and we recommend ordering the majority of their food during this time. We have had hungry students coming to the tuckshop during first break on most tuckshop days asking where their order is, and often, the parent has ordered all their food in second break. It may be an error or oversight but it does throw the kitchcen into chaos.
- Also, if your child is sent with money for food other than drinks or ice blocks, they need to come to the window before the start of the day and write their order on a bag. Unfortunately we don't have the volunteers available to make food on the run. We only do so if absolutely necessary.
