What a fantastic few weeks!

Claire and Chloe from 5M helped run Dance Party Club on Thursday week 7 with over 50 students attending in the hall! We had lots of fun grooving to Just Dance clips and learnt a dance from our club helpers too!  

Chappy's Gaga Ball (like dodgeball in an octagon pit) on alternate Thursdays and has had a high level of interest across grades 2-6. These, along with the other amazing lunch clubs that various staff & students run, are such positive ways to move, exercise, cooperate, create and have fun with others.

Friends thought of special attributes about themselves and others as we worked together to make a Harmony Day clip for the whole school to watch for Harmony Day. It has been so good to see classrooms looking at kindness and self-affirmation over this term. Prep friends were able to hear a couple of stories that highlight kindness from the Cranky Bear series, and it was great to hear them fill in rhyming words and predict the next text when Chappy Hannah paused throughout. At the end of the books, we reflected on kindness together.
