It was fantastic to see so many students popping into the Library during the first week of term.  There have been some wonderful items made in the Makerspace craft area and the models being built at the Lego table have been very imaginative.

May is National Reading Month and there are a range of activities planned to encourage students to read and enjoy a variety of texts.  Scholastic is facilitating a writing competition as well as a reading competition.  May 22^nd is National Simultaneous Storytime and the Premier’s Reading Challenge will also begin in May.  More information on these events can be found below:

All students are welcome to come and join in with the activities for National Simultaneous Storytime in the hall at first break on the 22^nd of May.

Premier’s Reading Challenge

The Premier's reading period will begin on the 19^th of May, 2019.
