Uniform Shop – Online Ordering with School24 – Available from Tuesday 13^th June

Time to get excited everyone, ordering uniforms with the click of a button!

We are thrilled to be able to share with you all that our new online ordering platform for Uniforms is NOW LIVE.

This is a very exciting step forward for our P&C and school community, and one that we hope will make ordering uniforms for our students that much easier.  By moving to an online platform we will not only have complete visibility of our stock quantities at any given time, but can also offer parents the ability to order uniforms whenever is convenient.

We will continue to open the Uniform Shop every Thursday 8.30am – 9.30am to enable students to try on uniforms.  This time will also be used to pack any orders placed and delivered to the office ready for collection.  Uniforms are still able to be purchased at the Uniform shop on a Thursday morning.

Registration Guide and Parent/Student Account Activation  

Parents will need to create School24 account to log on and place orders for their children. Setting up an account is quick and easy.

I would like to extend a massive thank you to our Treasurer, Katherine Fenwick, for the huge amount of work she personally put in to getting this up and running for our community.  There have been many hours of research, discussions and collaborating with our committee and parents, training and inputing of data that has gone in to getting this up and running for our school community, and it simply would not have happened this quickly without Katherine.  THANK YOU!

Tuckshop – French Day – Friday 23^rd June (last day of term 2)

Orders for French Day will be open on Flexischools from Thursday.  There’s lots of yummy treats available this year and orders will close at 9am Tuesday 20^th, so jump on to Flexischools from Thursday and place your orders to avoid missing out on these yummy treats.

We will need some extra helpers in the tuckshop to assist with preparing and packing all these delicious French themed treats for our students.  Do you consider yourself a master of French culinary techniques and traditions?  No?  Don’t worry, neither do we!

Rest assured that prior experience is not necessary!  Please find below a volunteer register for the day.  Come along and have some fun, it should be a great day!

Tuckshop – Wednesday’s and Friday’s

We hope that the Yr 3-6 students and parents enjoyed their special tuckshop day for the Senior Sports Carnival.  Thank you to Alison, Emily, Katherine and Laura for assisting with the preparation of the food for our hungry competitors, your superb burger and sausage making skills were greatly appreciated!

With so many of our community being struck down with these nasty bugs making the rounds we are struggling for volunteers on Wednesday and Friday tuckshop days.

With only 1 ½ weeks left of term we would love any assistance you could possibly give, even just an hour would be amazing and greatly appreciated.  If you feel you could spare a bit of time, please contact Alison at tuckshop@dayboropandc.org.au or call on 3425 6111.

Next P&C Meeting – Monday 19^th June – 6.30pm @ Dayboro State School admin building and online

Due to so many of our members and their families being unwell, we decided to postpone Monday’s meeting to enable everyone to rest and get well.  We have rescheduled to next Monday, 19^th June and look forward to seeing everyone again, whether it be in person or online.   We would love to have as many respresentatives from the school and community as possible, so please reach out to Johanna at secretary@dayboropandc.org.au if you would like to attend our next meeting.
