Can’t quite believe we are in week 7 already, this term really is flying.  We’re busily preparing for our AGM next Monday, as well as the upcoming Easter Raffle, Mother’s Day Stall and Dayboro Day.

AGM – Monday 13^th March 2023, 6.30pm, Dayboro State School

We look forward to welcoming you to the AGM next Monday.  It will be held at the School at 6.30pm, but we will also be providing a zoom link for anyone who is unable to attend in person.  The time is a little earlier so we can still hold our normal monthly meeting after the AGM as there is plenty to discuss and plan. 

Please come along and join us.  We will be celebrating the amazing contribution of both Mia and Jo who are stepping down from their roles as Secretary and Treasurer this year and welcoming our new committee members.

We are still looking for volunteers to join our committee.  It’s still not too late, please reach out if your’re interested in getting involved.

Tuckshop

Alison would love a couple more volunteers this Friday and next.  Can you spare some time?  Please contact Alison at tuckshop@dayboropandc.org.au or call on 3425 6111.  It is wonderful to have so many students ordering tuckshop.  To help avoid any delays some extra hands, especially on Fridays, would be greatly appreciated.

Easter Raffle

It’s that time of year again, the highly anticipated Easter Raffle.  We have some exciting and generous donations from some local businesses and are asking our wonderful school families to consider contributing some donations to our raffle.

Keep and eye out in school bags for your raffle tickets next week, along with further information about our raffle and suggestions for donations.

We will be having a Packing Party to sort and wrap all of your generous donations and we would love some help.  Please find below a link to our ‘Packing Party’ volunteer register.

Here’s a sneak peak at a couple of our Raffle prizes. NOM Handcrafted has generously donated $190 worth wooden easter toys, beautifully handcrafted right here in Dayboro.

Lacey Photography has donated a $100 gift voucher to one lucky family to contribute to capturing some beautiful memories to last a lifetime.
