Hi everyone! I hope you are having a lovely fortnight.
Last weekend myself and a team of Dayboro State School staff participated in the Bridge to Brisbane. We had lots of fun and we raised over $2000 for the school chaplaincy service. That money will go towards more resources and items to help support the children and families here at school. Yay! A big shoutout to everyone who came along with me or donated. You guys rock!
This week Year 2 got to play Nerf Games. I was super impressed by how they cheered on their teams. Year 1 finally gets their turn next Monday – thanks so much for being so patient all term!
SUPA club is on again this Friday afternoon. It has been a blast so far – we enjoy afternoon tea together, play some games, learn new things and usually finish with a dance party in the hall. If your child is interested in coming along, please send me an email.
The school holidays are coming up and that means so are day camps. I have included some information about one happening in Lawnton below.
